How To Unlock the Full Potential of CBD / CBG with the Subconscious Mind

You’re here because you want to be healthy. You’re here because you want to be happy. We created FlowerChild to serve those desires, because we want to help you be as healthy and happy as possible. Healing is a multidimensional process. CBD works wonders as it is, but what if there was a way to make it work even better? Well. There is a way. It has to do with activating your subconscious mind and unlocking the power within you – which is easier to do than you might think. By combining the power of your subconscious mind with the power of CBD, you can easily create miracles in your life. You can easily experience revitalized health, vibrancy, passion, and aliveness.

Let’s start with the basics.

What is the subconscious mind?

According to the Cambridge Dictionary, subconscious is defined as “relating to thoughts and feelings that exist in the mind and influence your behavior although you are not aware of them”. Cognitive neuroscientists speculate that we are aware of only about 5% of the information that is stored in our brain. This means that 95% of our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are influenced by our subconscious, or unconscious, mind. The good news is that you can actively influence your subconscious mind through conscious effort. You can dive into the subconscious and change the patterns, beliefs, and behaviors that are stored there. It just takes effort and persistence.

Are you willing to persist in your endeavor to become healthier and happier? Ask yourself: are you open to change? Are you willing to put in the effort to actively create the changes you want to see in your life?

If you answered yes, then congrats! Your healing is in your hands and you can do so much more than you think. You are so much more powerful than you know, and you’re about to learn how to activate that power.

What is CBD? What is CBG?

Cannabidiol, or CBD, is a compound derived from the cannabis plant. Same with cannabigerol—CBG. These cannabinoids are increasingly popular for their success in helping with just about every issue you can think of. The most popular conditions people take CBD and CBG for include anxiety, depression, insomnia, stress, pain, gastrointestinal problems, seizures, symptoms of autism, cancer, and as a general antioxidant and anti-inflammatory.

CBD and CBG help with such a wide variety of conditions because they work by replenishing the endocannabinoid system. The endocannabinoid system is an internal network that helps your body maintain homeostasis, or balance, among its physiological processes. These physiological processes include everything from sleep to pain. When the endocannabinoid system is chronically depleted, your system is thrown out of balance and disease and illness can manifest. Unfortunately, most people’s endocannabinoid systems are chronically depleted today due to the high-stress, highly-toxic environment we live in. This depletion interferes with the endocannabinoid system’s ability to create the necessary messengers to keep your body in harmony. These messengers, called endocannabinoids, can be supplemented by external sources of cannabinoids. That’s where CBD and CBG come in.

Visualization

The subconscious mind can be accessed through intention. Some forms of intention include affirmations, meditation, and hypnosis. One of the most popular ways to influence subconscious programming is with visualization. Visualization is most effective when done externally (such as drawing pictures, making a vision board, and writing down your goals) as well as internally (such as playing a mental movie of the reality you want to experience). Visualization is a form of goal setting infused with far more depth than a simple statement. By visualizing your goal achieved, you clarify your intent and keep it present in your mind. This helps you be more accountable for taking the necessary steps to achieve your goal. Visualization also has a physical effect on your body.

Ph.D Frank Niles writes,

“According to research using brain imagery, visualization works because neurons in our brains, those electrically excitable cells that transmit information, interpret imagery as equivalent to a real-life action. When we visualize an act, the brain generates an impulse that tells our neurons to “perform” the movement. This creates a new neural pathway — clusters of cells in our brain that work together to create memories or learned behaviors — that primes our body to act in a way consistent to what we imagined. All of this occurs without actually performing the physical activity, yet it achieves a similar result.”

When you visualize something, your brain responds as if it’s actually happening to you. Some people explain this by suggesting that the brain doesn’t know the difference between what is “real” and what is imagined. The power of visualization has been documented in countless stories of people healing themselves when they were told it was impossible. People who were told by doctors that they would never walk again have laid in bed visualizing themselves walking and regained their ability to walk. People have visualized cancer away. Countless people trust in the power of prayer and report incredible miracles in result. All of this suggests that there is immense power in visualization. Our minds, our brains, and our beliefs are far more powerful than we often realize.

Subconscious Mind

Combining CBD/CBG and the subconscious mind

You probably know why you’ve bought, or are interested in buying, CBD/CBG. Whether it’s for anxiety, depression, pain relief, or even cancer, you want the CBD/CBG to help you heal. You’ve read customer testimonials and heard your friends rave about how much success they’ve had with CBD/CBG, and you’re hoping it will work just as well for you. While the odds for success are incredibly high with CBD/CBG even without any visualization, you can increase the power of these lovely cannabinoids by activating the power of your mind.

In 2008, Harvard published a study in which they examined the power of mindset and results. 87 female room attendants working in hotels were part of the study. Some of them were told that the work they do (cleaning and tending to the hotel rooms) counted as exercise and met the requirements for an active lifestyle, and they were given examples of how the various activities they performed were good exercise. The others were not told this and carried on without the information. 4 weeks later, the group that was informed about their active lifestyle all showed a decrease in weight, body fat, and blood pressure. The only difference from before was that those women believed they were living an active lifestyle and getting good exercise. This proves that belief alone has the power to create change in our bodies.

CBD/CBG is a wonderful tool to help your body heal itself. Your mindset is also a wonderful tool to help your body heal itself. By combining both of these tools, you can heal faster and more thoroughly, and you can achieve results you previously had not imagined were possible.

CBD Visualization Exercise

First, get a clear image of the goal you hope to achieve by using CBD/CBD. Frame it in the positive and the present. For example, instead of “I want to get rid of depression”, make it “I am now experiencing vibrant happiness and inner peace”. Instead of, “I want to get rid of pain/disease”, make it “My body is completely healthy, comfortable, and strong; my body is now functioning at optimal health”.

As you take your CBD/CBG, remind yourself of your goal and infuse the moment with gratitude. You might say something like, “I am so grateful that this CBD oil is nourishing my cells and rebalancing my body. Thank you so much for the accelerated healing that this CBD oil facilitates”. The energy of gratitude implies a goal achieved and helps your brain create neural pathways that support your healing.

Imagine the Healing

After you have taken the CBD/CBG, imagine the cannabinoids traveling through your body and nourishing your cells. Close your eyes and really see it. You might see the cannabinoids bringing golden healing light that fills up every cell in your body, focusing particularly on the area relevant to your goal. For depression or anxiety, see the cannabinoids bringing soothing light to your brain, repairing neural connections, balancing your mental state. If it’s pain you struggle with, see the pain as a red glow that is slowly overtaken by a cool blue healing light. For something like tumors, you can see the cannabinoids surrounding the tumor and sending a gentle light into it that slowly shrinks it more and more.

The possibilities for this visualization are endless — light and color are just popular because people already have associations formed with those. Visualize whatever seems most helpful to you. Some people imagine the cannabinoids as the hands of angels sewing and painting and repairing different parts of the body. Some people see construction workers. Whatever imagery you choose, be sure to see your body as healthy and whole and remember to cultivate gratitude throughout the process.

Imagine the Outcome

Next, close your eyes and visualize what your goal-achieved-state looks like. You might imagine yourself showing up to work with a huge smile on your face, full of bliss and gratitude for being alive. Perhaps you see yourself climbing a mountain. You might even see yourself at the doctor’s office, receiving the news that your body is completely healthy and strong. As you imagine what your goal-achieved-state looks like, make sure you really feel the positive emotions associated with that state.

You can tell yourself affirmations while you visualize if you need some help cultivating the positive emotions. For example, say, “I am so grateful and happy now”, “I’m so grateful that I feel so happy and healthy these days”, or “I’m so incredibly thankful that my body is so healthy and strong”. Continue repeating your affirmations and cultivating positive feelings until you are awash with the feelings of gratitude and joy. Make your visualization as real as possible and be sure to experience in first person — for example, you don’t see yourself from afar, but rather see through your own eyes as you experience your goal achieved.

When you are finished, say another word of thanks. Thank the cannabinoids, thank God, thank the Universe, thank your body — thank anything and everything that you can. Say it out loud.

Repeat this process every time you take your CBD/CBG. You can make the visualization as long or as short as you want — the important part is just to do it, to really feel the gratitude and really see the healing, and to be consistent with it. Consistency shows commitment to yourself and your healing, and your body pays attention to that.

Conclusion

CBD and CBG are wonderful healing agents that are helping people live healthier and happier lives. Even without visualization, CBD helps people in monumental and unexpected ways. From easing depression and anxiety, relieving pain and inflammation, and helping with chronic diseases, CBD and CBG seem to be able to do it all. You can activate even more healing potential from them by involving the power of your mind. By using positive visualizations to experience gratitude and form new neural pathways in your brain, you can help your body heal on a whole new level.

Show your body that you will do whatever it takes to help it heal and feel better. If you do this, healing will occur so much faster and in more ways than you imagine.
