Our Loyalty Points system allows you to earn points that can be redeemed for discounts on future purchases. Points are awarded for every dollar spent, for referring people via your referral link, and on your birthday.


To access the Loyalty Points page, click the green tab on the lower left of the screen. On a computer it shows up as a rectangle with the words “earn loyalty points”, and on mobile it’s a green dot with a gift bag image.


For each dollar you spend, you earn 5 points. When you accumulate 1,000 points, you can redeem them for a $5 discount—or you can keep saving for a bigger discount. When you refer a friend and they make a purchase through your referral link, you will earn 4000 points, and your friend will get a $10 discount (with an additional 500 points if they sign up for an account). If you enter your birthday on the loyalty points popup, you’ll receive a gift of 500 points on the date entered.



Q: How do I redeem my loyalty points?

A: Once you accumulate at least 1000 points, the option to redeem them will show up on the cart/checkout page.


Q: Can I redeem my loyalty points and use a coupon on the same order?

A: Yes!


Q: Can I still use my coupons for the old RAF program?

A: Yes. We have disabled the old referral links, but you can still access your coupons from the old RAF system.


Q: Is there a maximum to how many points I can redeem per order?

A: You can redeem up to $50 worth of points (10,000 points) per order.


Q: I don’t have a referral link even though I’ve ordered in the past. Why?

A: The Loyalty Points system only went live in July 2021. Any orders before that aren’t recognized by the system, so you will need to place a new order before you see a referral link.


Q: Can I still earn points if I place an order over the phone?

A: We don’t automatically apply points for orders placed over the phone, but if you ask us to, we would be happy to manually calculate the points and add them to your account. You will still need to have an account on the website to track and redeem your points.


Q: I’ve been a customer of yours for years. Can I get points for all the orders I placed in the past?

A: Unfortunately, past orders are not eligible for points. Only orders placed after the points system went live are eligible to earn points.
