Trouble Sleeping? Did you know that hemp oil extract is a great sleep aid? Our FlowerChild PM Tincture will relax you and put you into pre-sleep bliss. Honey and Apple Cider Vinegar. My go to tranquilizer beverage is simple: 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar (I use Bragg brand) in 1 tablespoon honey, stirred into one cup of hot water. Some people also noticed large and immediate strength improvements in exercise after a few days of using this pre-bed cocktail.
Yogi Soothing Caramel Bedtime Tea: If you’re trying to avoid sugar (honey), this is a great alternative. After sipping on this tea one night I started to feel extremely woozy and relaxed after about 30 mins. I found myself dragging my butt up the stairs to bed an hour before I usually retire. I slept like a baby. This affects everyone differently and not everyone has the same reaction.
California Poppy Extract: if both honey plus ACV and yogi bedtime tea fail, try plan C: a few drops of California poppy extract in warm water. Yogi bedtime tea does contain California poppy extract, but taking it directly allows you to increase the dose.
